Jabog provides a richly rewarding basketball training experience for girls primarily from the Tri-Cities (Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Port Moody). We want to ensure that girls have the same opportunities that boys have to train and develop into exceptional basketball players. Unlike most club programs, Jabog is a not-for-profit organization. It is essential to our mission that basketball development is accessible to all families.
Jabog believes that it is critical to provide girls with a positive environment in which to grow as athletes and young women. We believe that young players should be empowered, encouraged and supported. Our training emphasis is equally on fundamentals and character, as we combine basketball skill training with coaching mentorship that addresses broader physical, mental and emotional development. Young athletes are the future of any sport, and we aim to ensure that each girl is provided with the tools, direction and opportunities to excel. Ultimately, our goal is to sustain a positive, close-knit team culture where excellence and team chemistry are at the forefront.
